We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all booked sessions. This is important. If a session is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time we cannot refund your payment. As a small operation the practitioner has allotted this time slot for you. 

Please do not come in for a session if you are feeling sick or are experiencing any COVID related symptoms.

We understand life emergencies do happen & we are willing to work with you.

If you are not satisfied with your session we stand by a 100% money back guarantee. All that we ask is you let us know within 24 hours of your session.  

All clients will sign a waiver and receive copies for their records.

Due to rising fuel costs there is an additional 20% fee for travel exceeding 30 miles one way.
